“We contacted chef Matt about 24 hours prior to the event. Not only did he accommodate our request last minute (and worked in a partial kitchen), he put a menu together that was beyond delicious!!!! My husband and I are world travelers and have been privileged to be exposed to many different cuisines throughout the world. But we can say with full confidence and without exaggeration that Chef Matt’s short ribs were the best we’ve ever had in our life!!! Overall, the food was delicious; the service wonderful, kind, and professional. Chef Matt was the kindest, most professional and humble chef we’ve ever met.
