Boschendahl Vineyards Restaurant- Franschoek Valley, South Africa

The wines of the Franschoek Valley, South Africa’s “Napa”, were discovered during a business trip with Wendy in 1997. Matthew found a fellow Cordon Bleu Grad in the kitchen of the estates restaurant which was a charming farmhouse property featuring the food of South Africa and their proprietary wines. Boschendahl Wine is currently on the PLATES wine list.
